Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us at info@caleoworld.com or call +852 9438 6707 within 14 days of delivery. We’ll provide a return authorization number and a return shipping label. Returns sent without an authorization number cannot be accepted.

Calëo offer exchanges or store credit for items that are unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging. We are unable to accept returns on custom orders, engraved pieces, resized items, or anything that shows signs of wear.
